As promised, here is a quick update on taking multivitamins for hair growth.
It’s been 11 days exactly since I started taking Nature’s Bounty hair, skin and nails vitamin supplement. It’s not something that I would buy again but that doesn’t mean that it is not working.
Hair No significant hair growth now but my hair does feel a bit stronger. Most of the girls who did a review on this product say that shedding in their hair reduced. I never had any shedding issues but at least the product isn’t making it worse =)
Skin My skin wasn’t perfect in the first place but I know that the new bumps I got were a result of this product. There were times that I did not drink the amount of water I needed which is wrong because the main ingredient (biotin) is water soluble (goes around the body via water). Not drinking water will make it cause stuff like this to happen. I highly recommend drinking tons of water when taking any biotin supplement.
Nails After a week of taking these I realized a huge difference in the state of my nails. They grew longer faster and stronger. I didn’t put my nails in my mouth, ever, (give myself a pat on the back) so my nails were never tampered with in any way.
Any ways, this is my short review. Hope it helped, even a little bit. Ciao now!
As I journey YouTube in search of videos re: curly hair, (curly hair routines, hair styles, product reviews etc.) there are some curlies who I keep visiting. Mainly because their curls are somewhat similar to mine and they make great videos that have helped me out . I highly recommend that you visit them if you can.
This pretty much completes my list of hair crushes. Feel free to list all or some of your hair / curl crushes so I can check ’em out. Ciao now!
I saw these multivitamins in my local pharmacy and immediately became interested. According to the back of the bottle, I’m supposed to get” lustrous hair, healthy nails and vibrant skin”.
The biotin (main nutrient) is supposed to maintain healthy hair and nails. The vitamin C and E are antioxidants. Vitamin E contributes to skin health and vitamin C is for collagen production which forms the basis for healthy skin.
All that sciency stuff is true and all but when I looked at some reviews many reported getting breakouts because of the biotin but that can be corrected by drinking tons of water.
Currently, these are my short and terrible nails. I don’t know if it’s OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) but for some reason, ever since I was younger, I couldn’t stop biting my nails. I’m 15 now and I do it less frequently but I want to completely stop.
It was hard to measuring my hair and take a picture at the same time but I’ll just tell you the measurements:
Front= 11″ Crown= 12″ Sides= 12″ Back = 12″
As for my skin I don’t have any breakouts.
There are 80 gummies and it says to take 1 gummy 2 times a day after a meal.I’ll give you some updates and tell you if I would buy this product again. You could try this product when you want and give me your honest review. Ciao now!
